At HOLT we provide full space planning services that translate detailed facility space programs into functional, creative environments that support communities. Certain themes resonate across much of our recent community-focused work. Among these are contextual designs that fit well into existing environments, informal areas that let people interact comfortably, the critical role of emerging technology, planned flexibility, and the opportunity that sustainability brings to lower operating costs and improve the quality of our community.

We assist community organizations to create flexible facility master plans to address long-term goals. Mission fit, community interface, existing facility assessment, and growth opportunities may be included. We guide the development plan through the complex regulatory process to insure future success. Open public forums are often used to build broad community support.
