Ribbon Cutting on the Ithaca Commons for Mia Building 

Sunit "Lex" Chutintaranond and Flaminia Cervesi cut the ribbon celebrating the completion of their restaurant, banquet space, studio apartments and office space  in a completely renovated historic downtown Ithaca building.

HOLT worked with Lex and Mia to realize the vision for the renovation of 130 East State Street creating inviting and contemporary spaces within the historic brick structure. The restaurant  Mia is located on the first floor and includes banquet facilities on the second floor.  Leasable office space fills the remainder of the second floor and Eight 1-bedroom apartments are on the third and fourth levels.
