HOLT has a large body of sustainably designed work including one Net-Zero Energy building, two LEED® Gold, two LEED Platinum and 10 LEED Silver Certified or pending projects. HOLT is also known for designing New York’s first LEED Silver Healthcare building in 2009, as well as the state’s first building to be certified under the new LEED for Healthcare in 2016.

A sustainable approach to design assures that energy efficiency is maximized, and that the best indoor environmental quality is achieved. This approach to design delivers long term cost savings and healthy, happy occupants.
