City Harbor is a mixed-use waterfront development that will bring 158,000 sf of residential space including 156 one and two-bedroom residential units to Ithaca. The development also includes wellness and amenity spaces, a full-service restaurant with indoor and outdoor waterfront dining, a central and defining pedestrian promenade, and improved boating and golfing amenities. The development promotes public lake access through a pedestrian promenade and supports the objectives of City, County and other local groups to improve public waterfront access and support tourism in the area.
