Kelly Maher, an Associate at HOLT, is a valued Project Manager and Architect who works with her clients to develop specific programs that support their needs and goals, develop design options, coordinate the systems to support the design, and complete detailing for construction.  Kelly engages with her project teams through all phases of design; she researches and develops space programs, produces design options, selects finishes, coordinates with consultants on building systems, and documents the final design with plans and details.  Kelly also participates in client meetings throughout all phases of the project communicating design decisions and acquiring design approval at critical phases of project completion.
