HOLT Announces Key Leadership Promotions

HOLT Architects is excited to announce key leadership promotions including the naming of Paul Levesque as HOLT Architects’ 5th President, following the retirement of Graham Gillespie earlier this summer.

Paul A. Levesque, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP has been named HOLT’s fifth President, succeeding Graham Gillespie, who retired earlier this summer.

Paul A. Levesque, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP has been a critical part of the HOLT team since joining the firm 25 years ago. Leading HOLT’s Healthcare Design Studio for the past decade, Levesque doubled its size, broadened its specialties, and expanded its client base through exemplary client service and the promotion of professional development, quality project management, high-level design, and sustainable strategies. Levesque will also continue in his role as the Healthcare Design Studio Leader.

Working alongside Paul are Principals Steve Hugo, AIA and A. Quay Thompson, AIA, NCARB, LEED BD+C who will continue to lead HOLT’s housing, higher education, and community, commercial and banking projects.

states the newly retired Gillespie with regard to Paul, Steve, and Quay at the helm.

 

Other promotions include Richard J. Wagner, AIA, EDAC , joining HOLT’s Cindy Kaufman, AIA as Principal Associate, and Catherine R. Blakemore, AIA, LEED to Associate. Rich and Cate are both long-term HOLT employees who have successfully held significant Architecture and Project Management roles at HOLT and have also taken on more leadership responsibilities in recent months.

Rich Wagner, AIA, EDAC – now a Principal Associate, and Cate Blakemore, AIA, LEED an Associate are both long-term HOLT employees who have successfully held significant Architecture and Project Management roles at HOLT.

HOLT is led in a collaborative team culture by the firm’s Principals, as part of a larger nine-member Senior Leadership team. HOLT has been in the practice of architecture for 57 years, and its organization is structured to maintain strong leadership so that when shifts occur there is seamless continuity for its clients and staff.
