An exterior to interior view of the new Hamilton Boathouse rowing center, with an elaborate peaked roof which covers a communal patio area, full of students exercising. The inside of the boat house is visible through doors that open the entire end of the building, showing wooden boat racks along the walls. The building has a white, warm tan, and light grey facade with the white metal and beam roof extending beyond the walls to create a canopy along all sides of the building. Cayuga Medical Center Carpenter Park Medical Office Building Ithaca NY Student Agencies Building Ithaca New York A 2 story bank lobby with bright white walls, gray tile floors, sky blue and wooden accents and decorated with modern furniture is inclosed by 2 floors of offices, and is illuminated by large pane windows and an array of hanging globe lights. The renovated historic bank hall is located on the commons in Ithaca, Ny and is focused on new technology, including a large TV, computers, and iPads for customers to use. Highland Hospital Rochester NY Patient Tower Addition Urban waterfront in front of Ithaca’s future City Harbor, a multi-family waterfront community that promotes public lake access through a pedestrian walkway overlooking Cayuga Lake’s waterways. The 5-story apartment building contains 156 one and two-bedroom apartments within walking distance of the Ithaca Farmer’s market. The building has a corrugated metal facade with a randomized rhythm and White finish with the top two stories in the front and one story in the back, capped with a corrugated dark gray metal, which matches the roof of the building. The darker metal accent against the white lower floors, gives the building a shorter, and less obtrusive look. The south side of the building is facing the inlet and is highlighted with balconies for each apartment. The building is accented with natural wood finish and punched windows.
