Slide The new City harbor is a mixed-use waterfront development that will bring 158,000 sf of residential space including 156 one and two-bedroom residential units to downtown Ithaca, New York. The development also includes wellness and amenity spaces, a full-service restaurant with indoor and outdoor waterfront dining, a central and defining pedestrian promenade, and improved boating and golfing amenities. The development promotes public lake access through a pedestrian promenade and supports the objectives of city, county and other local groups to improve public waterfront access and support tourism in the area. A lively building at dusk, Crowds dining can be seen below residents on the balconies enjoying the view. A 5-story angular design with white corrugated metal facade in a randomized rhythm topped with grey metal roof, the south side of the building is facing the inlet and is accented with natural wood finish and punched windows. Slide Urban waterfront in front of Ithaca’s future City Harbor, a multi-family waterfront community that promotes public lake access through a pedestrian walkway overlooking Cayuga Lake’s waterways. The 5-story apartment building contains 156 one and two-bedroom apartments boasting an array of sleek finishes, textured walls and a chic dual vanity while the thoughtful open-play layout of the common room includes wide plank hardwood floors. The building has a corrugated metal facade with a randomized rhythm and White finish with the top two stories in the front and one story in the back, capped with a corrugated dark gray metal, which matches the roof of the building. The darker metal accent against the white lower floors, gives the building a shorter, and less obtrusive look. The south side of the building is facing the inlet and is highlighted with balconies for each apartment. The building is accented with natural wood finish punched windows. Slide The southside of the new waterfront apartment complex boasts a shoreline promenade accented with pocket park seating areas which connects directly to the Waterfront trail, Cayuga Lake Inlet and the Ithaca Farmers Market expanding lake access. The building has a corrugated metal facade with a randomized rhythm and White finish with the top two stories in the front and one story in the back, capped with a corrugated dark gray metal, which matches the roof of the building.
