Vision
We pride ourselves as designers to have never resigned ourselves to a prescriptive style. HOLT projects are designed by collaboration and consensus from the design team to the stakeholders and end-users. We take time first to understand what our clients hope to accomplish with their facility and build our design around that mission.
Design
Our design process is a highly visual process that heavily involves our clients' input. We produce virtual renderings and models at every phase of design to translate abstract ideas from visioning into visual option that can be finalized into a set of constructible drawings.
Construct
HOLT remains highly involved in the construction phase. Our project managers and construction administrators are on site regularly throughout construction to ensure that the project is progressing and will come in on time and on budget.
