Justin has been a key member of the housing and community team in his time at HOLT. He’s a talented architect and highly motivated project manager who brings his 19 years of experience to his role, works with clients to clearly communicate the designs, manages complicated approvals processes, and leads projects such as the Dalai Lama Library and Learning Center to successful completion.
